| These space occupying pancreatic carcinomas cause high grade stenosis. The lumen is subtotally obstructed on the left photo, whereas on the right the lumen can only be guessed upon. The white dots at the bottom of the right figure are lymphangiectasies in this case probably caused by tumor infiltration of the duodenal lymphatics. | |
