Pancreatic pseudocyst| Impression by a pancreatic pseudocyst | |

The dorsal wall shows an impression by a pancreatic pseudo cyst. This is equivalent to a recurrent cyst since
itīs caused by an occluded cystojejunostomy. The sonographic picture shows the anastomosis between the cyst
and the jejunum. The anastomosis is partially occluded by hyperechoic material (blood?). Vntral to
the anstomosis the pseudocyst is shown. The cyst itself is not echo- free.

the pancreatic pseudocyst (blue).
