Pancreas divisum
Minor papilla Pancreas divisum
Major duodenal papilla. 2 cm higher up the minor papilla is shown. To the right of the major duodenal papilla a tablet is visible. Radiography of the duct of wirsung in a patient with pancreas divisum. Pancreatic tissue contrast enhances quickly, only a short duct is visualized.

Minor papilla Completely sperate orifices of both the ventral and the dorsal duct. The minor papilla can be seen on top, the major papilla at the bottom of the picture. Pancreatic and biliary duct both drain into the major pailla.
