| The feft photo shows the cutting wire applied in the correct direction. The wire is meant to be inserted into the bile duct 50 %. The right photo shows a papillotomy immediately after cutting. | |

The x-ray shows the
tightened
papillotoma in a bow- shape.
The guide-wire is advanced to
the periphery of the biliary.
