| The orifice of the papilla is hidden in a mucosal fold at the edge of the diverticulum. Only after pushing the folds aside with the catheter tip, the papilla was foand. To treat biliary stones a sphincterotomy over a guide-wire was performed meticulously in the direction of 1 o´clock (danger of perforation to the retroperitoneum).
