Stent without prior sphincterotomy
Stent without prior EPT Metastasized carcinoma of the pancreatic head obobstructing the common bile duct. For insufficient coagulation due to extensive metastatic involvement of the the liver a stent was placed after dilatation of the tumorstenosis without prior EPT.
