Simultaneous stenting of the right and left hepatic duct
Stenting of the right and left hepatic duct Complete obstruction of the hepatic fork due to a metastasized ovarian cancer. Two long plastic stents are implanted into the right and left hepatic duct. There is good evidence in literature, that palliative double stenting prolongs life. See also: section "Stents" Metastases.
