Chronic pancreatitis Severe changes in calibre of the main pancreatic duct with a stenosis at the pancreatic head and a small pseudocyst.
Chronic pancreatitis grade III
Chronic pancreatitis Severe ductal dilatation and changes in calibre. Note also the small pseudocyst of the pancreatic body.
