Carcinoma
of the pancreatic body originating
from the dorsal root of the pancreas (minor duct).
The
high- grade stenosis of the biliary duct is bridged
already by a plastic stent. The minor duct
(canulated via the minor papilla) shows an abrupt filling
defect. The suspected diagnosis was
prooven surgically.
