After several biliary colic attacks this patient was admitted for evaluation. Sonographically the duct is slightly dilated. On endoscopy a second orifice just cranial to the normal papilla is found. Contrast injection reveals a connection of this orifice to the biliary duct. Additionally two juxtapapillary diverticula can be seen. |
