Rectal ulcer - hemorrhage
Arterial hemorrhage Treatment with clipping
Small dorsorectal, directly preanal ulcer presenting with an arterial hemorrhage leaving the patient in a serious condition. After short lavage hemostasis is achieved by adrenalin injections and HemoclipsŪ. The localization carries the risk of missing the site of hemorrhage during intubation.
