Single ulcer Fissural ulcer
Solitary, sigmoid ulcer surrounded by normal mucosa. Aphtous ulcers in the transverse colon. Punctuate, perifocal, hemorrhagic mucosal lesions.

Typical cobblestone appearance caused by numerous, confluent ulcerations. Inbetween, there are areas of normal mucosa. To the left note the beginning development of a stenosis. Fistulas in Crohn´s disease at Fistulas and Stenosis. Erythema and cobblestone pattern resulting in a stenosis of the sigmoid colon.
