| B- cell non-hodgkin lymphoma of high malignancy subtyped as a monomorphal centroblastoma (KIEL- classification) or giant- cell B-cell-NHL (Real- classification). The whole colon is affected by micronodular tumors 1,5 cm in size, partially covered by an erythemtous mucosa. | |

After chemotherapy the tumors are considerably smaller, but complete remission hasnīt been reached yet. |
