surgical risk the polyp is endoscopically resected in fractions
by cautery snare
Histology reveals a villous
adenoma with grade II dysplasia.
After two years with controls every
six months the patient remains free
of histological recurrence. See also

Histologically those white aerea correspond to dilated lymphatic vessels
of the body of this villous adenoma.
