Villous rectal adenoma sized
5x6 cm. For high
surgical risk the polyp is endoscopically resected in fractions
by cautery snare
Histology reveals a villous
adenoma with grade II dysplasia.
After two years with controls every
six months the patient remains free
of histological recurrence. See also
