year old, female
patient with positiv familial history.
The tumor is located in the sigmoid colon,
it causing stenosis already.
HNPCC- tumors are the most frequent
hereditary cancers.
HNPCC = Hereditary

- 3 or more members of a family affected
- 2 or more generations affected
- 2 affected subjects are first degree relatives
- 1 or more of the affected subjects are 50 years
or less at the time of diagnosis
- FAP excluded
