HNPCC Amsterdam-criteria of HNPCC
HNPCC Second carcinoma in a 43 year old, female patient with positiv familial history. The tumor is located in the sigmoid colon, it causing stenosis already. HNPCC- tumors are the most frequent hereditary cancers. HNPCC = Hereditary Non Polyposis Colorectal Carcinoma
  • 3 or more members of a family affected
  • 2 or more generations affected
  • 2 affected subjects are first degree relatives
  • 1 or more of the affected subjects are 50 years or less at the time of diagnosis
  • FAP excluded
