| The cause of B - gastritis in most cases is helicobacter pylori. In rare cases heliobacter heilmanii is detected histologically as causative. This pathogen has also got a longish, helical structure. Heliobacter heilmanii is known to affect cats and dogs, the relevance of this pathogen in man is not well documented. |
