Infiltration of the gastric mucosa by a Non-Hodgkin-Lymphoma. Ulcer- like lesions with clear cut, flat ulcer edges can be caused by lymphoma- infiltration of the gastric mucosa. Rarely a perifocal fungi colonisation is described. See also: Esophageal lymphoma.
