Hemorrhage in a BII stomach
Forrest Ia- hemorrhage in a B II stomach BII- stomach, clipping
Arterial spurting hemorrhage from a small anastomosal ulcer. The ulceration (arrow) is barely visible. Etiologically this is an NSAID induced recurring lesion. Applying 2 Hämoclips® (arrow) stopps the bleeding immediately.
