Esophageal polyps are pretty rare compared to colonic adenomas. They are reported to be linked to Barrettīs Esophagus, but an adenoma- carcinoma sequence is also reported. The depicted case shows an adenoma at the esophagocardial- junction, prior esophageal deseases were absent. |
